PROCEDURAL HISTORY/ISSUES ON APPEAL

Plaintiff/Appellant Lois Stevens (Plaintiff) appeals from an unfavorable judgment entered after a jury trial before the circuit court of Butte County. The case arose after an unattended trailer-truck operated by Defendant Walter Omdahl (Driver), and owned by Wood Sawmill, Inc. (Sawmill), rolled down a hill and struck Plaintiffs truck. Damages were sought for property damage and personal injuries.
