MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
GLASSER, District Judge:
This is an action seeking monetary damages for alleged breaches of a distributorship agreement by defendant Dealer Sales & Service, Inc. On April 25, 1985, I issued a preliminary injunction in this action enjoining defendant1 from taking any action in a case entitled Dealer Sales & Service v. Olympus Corporation, Civil Action No. C85-2214A (N.D.Ga., Atlanta Div.), which is pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
