Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered October 11, 1977 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, seeking reinstatement to his position in the Office of Drug Abuse Services with full pay from the date of his termination. Petitioner was employed as a permanent competitive class employee in the Office of Drug Abuse Services (ODAS) of the State of New York.
