The principal question in this case is whether the securities of Jonathan C. Gibson, who qualified as the administrator with the will annexed on the estate of John Beckham deceased, are bound by the alledged administration bond. On the 23d of November, 1831, the last will and testament of John Beckham, deceased, was exhibited to the County court of Culpeper, and proved by the oath of one of the subscribing witneses thereto; which was ordered to be certified.
