Timothy J. Snyder, the defendant in this ease, was convicted on two counts of sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust.1 On appeal, the Colorado Court of Appeals concluded that the trial court committed reversible error in admitting evidence of another, later sexual assault on the victim by the defendant. People v. Snyder, No. 91CA1129 (Colo.App. Jan. 7, 1993) (not selected for publication). The court therefore reversed the trial court’s judgment and remanded the case for a new trial. Id.
