Plaintiffs, Theodore Waters and Electro Con, Inc., appeal from the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to the defendant relative to plaintiffs’ sixth amended complaint alleging accountant malpractice and negligence and from the trial court’s dismissal with prejudice of plaintiffs’ seventh amended complaint alleging breach of contract. On appeal, the plaintiffs argue that the summary judgment and the involuntary dismissal were erroneous.
