In this adversary proceeding under the umbrella of the chapter 11 case of debtor *172KIT digital, Inc. (“KIT Digital”), which was heard on a quicker than average basis to address real-time needs in KIT Digital’s umbrella case (most significantly its confirmation), debtor KIT Digital moved for summary judgment on its request, pursuant to section 510(b) of the Code, that three anticipated claims of Invigor Group Limited (“Invigor”) be subordinated.
