This matter concerns the tax exempt status of a portion of plaintiff’s property for the year 1976. As of October 1,1975, the assessing date, plaintiff owned contiguous tracts of land in *294Alexandria Township, Hunterdon County, known as Camp Teeumseh, which consisted in total of 292.65 acres. The property was used as a summer camp. The township granted a tax exemption to a large portion of the camp property for 1976. That exemption is not at issue.
