The plaintiff/debtor, Rosetta M. Wright (“Wright”), initiated this adversary proceeding on March 25, 1985, by filing a complaint to determine the dischargeability of a debt. The debt in question is the result of a default judgment obtained by F.C. McIntyre (“McIntyre”) against Wright in the amount of $326,000.00 plus costs.
