OPINION AND ORDER AWARDING SANCTIONS FOR VIOLATION OF INJUNCTION
WALTER J. KRASNIEWSKI, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came on for trial upon Debt- or/plaintiff’s complaint for violation of automatic stay and subsequent injunction pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 524. Upon consideration of the evidence adduced at trial, the court finds that defendant violated the injunction imposed by § 524 and that judgment should be awarded in favor of Debtor against defendant and its attorney, Richard A. Shinaberry in the amount of $15,000 for sanctions and an amount for compensatory damages to be subsequently…
