Peter Gherra, administrator of the estate of John Gherra, deceased, began this suit against the Central Illinois Public Service Company to recover damages sustained by himself and other next of Mn, through the death of John Gherra.
The declaration contains five counts. In the first it is averred that the defendant on May 31, 1915, operated in the City of Yirden and Yirden township, an electric light system, getting the electricity from a central plant at Kincaid; that defendant maintained certain wires on poles near the east line of a highway, south from Yirden, over which defendant…
