The issue in this case is whether the plaintiff, Boyd, can sue the Gulf Port Municipal Separate School District for injuries allegedly sustained when he was attacked in the parking lot of the school stadium after attending a football game as a paying patron. He claims the School District was negligent in failing to provide a reasonably safe area from which to depart the stadium.
