(After stating the foregoing facts.) The bill of exceptions recites that the plaintiff tendered in evidence the fi. fa. of the First National Bank of Bainbridge against Sam and Will Dohalson, principals, and W. E. Griffin, indorser, dated and entered on the general execution docket September 17, 1907, with the entry of levy thereon, dated September 8, 1912, together with all other entries on the fi. fa.
