In March, 1909, Eouis Becker, claiming to be a creditor of Michael Donnelly, filed a petition in involuntary bankruptcy against Donnelly in this court, and, among other alleged acts of bankruptcy, charged in the petition that within four months prior to the filing of the petition, while insolvent, andi for the purpose of defrauding, hindering, and delaying his creditors, and with intent to prefer the creditor hereinafter named over his other creditors, said Donnelly conveyed 100 acres of land in Henry county, Ohio, by mortgage, to one J.
