McGLYNN, District Judge.
Adjustment of the inevitable conflict between free speech and other interests is a problem as persistent as it is perplexing. This case involves the tension between the first amendment free speech claim of a high school student distributing literature and a school district’s claim that the establishment clause of the first amendment overrides free speech guarantees in the high school context.
