The law firm of Locke, Purnell, Rain and Harrell filed an application for an award of attorney’s fees in the sum of $61,573.50 and reimbursement of expenses in the sum of $6,091.74. They state that the application is filed by them in their capacity as general counsel for the chapter 11 debtor, pursuant to an order of appointment made by former Bankruptcy Judge Pelofsky on November 28, 1983.
