Heard on May 16,1983 on the application for compensation filed by Allan M. Shine, Esq. (Winograd, Shine & Zacks, P.C.) as counsel for the debtor in possession, wherein he requests $22,500 for services performed in that capacity. The Chapter 11 plan of reorganization which was confirmed on May 16, 1983 provides for payment of approximately $32,000 to non-insider general creditors with interest at 10% per annum, and for satisfaction of the secured claim of Fleet National Bank by…
