This matter comes before the court en banc on exceptions filed by Boothwyn Farms Company and Dresner Company to findings of separate juries of view that the petitions filed in their behalf to have damages assessed for the taking of certain real estate owned by them for the construction of a sanitary sewer are barred under the applica*515ble statute of limitations.
