This cause is presently before the Court on three pending motions: (1) the Motion of Defendant Coastal Family Health Center, Inc. to Dismiss, or in the Alternative, for Judgment on the Pleadings; (2) the Motion to Dismiss of Defendant Kathryn M. Shanks; and, (3) the Application for Review of Defendant Coastal Family Health Center, Inc.
