MCMILLIAN, Judge.
Winfred Ottley appeals the denial of his motion for new trial after a jury convicted him of three counts of cruelty to children, one count of sexual battery, two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of rape, one count of child molestation, one count of incest, and two counts of aggravated child molestation.1 On appeal, Ottley argues that the evidence was insufficient to support his convictions and that he received ineffective assistance of counsel.
