In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings *775County (Kurtz, J.), dated August 1, 2012, which denied his motion to compel the plaintiff to submit to an additional orthopedic examination.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
