Plaintiff Lori Lewis (“Lewis”) asserts claims against her former employer and supervisor under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (“PHRA”), 43 P.S. § 951 et seq. and common law claims of wrongful termination, negligence, assault and battery and invasion of privacy. 1 All of Lewis’s claims stem from her employment with Oehme Carrier Corp. from June 18, 1998 through July 19, 2000.
