COFFEY, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-appellant, Jeffrey B. Marvin, upon pleading guilty to one count of wire fraud, was convicted in 1993 and sentenced to twenty-seven months’ imprisonment, followed by three years’ supervised release subject to the usual standard, as well as special, conditions. In November of 1995, after eomplet-ing his term of confinement, he commenced serving the supervised release portion of that sentence.
