Affirming.

On August 5th, 1914, appellant issued to appellee an. insurance policy for $750.00, insuring a Percheron stallion, named “Bellmont Boy,” for one year against death from accident or disease. On October 11th, 1914, the horse was burned to death in an accidental fire, and appellee having furnished proof of the destruction of the horse, appellant denied liability therefor and declined to pay the policy.
