Rhodes v. El Rancho Markets

This appeal arises out of a lawsuit filed to recover for personal injuries sustained when Mrs. Verda Rhodes (hereinafter plaintiff) fell while shopping in the appel-lee’s self-service market. The case was originally tried in the superior court of Pi-ma County and a directed verdict was granted the defendant supermarket at the end of the plaintiff’s case. On appeal, we reversed the trial court and remanded the cause for a new trial, Rhodes v. El Rancho Markets, 4 Ariz.App. 183, 418 P.2d 613 (1966).
