This action was brought under the Workmen’s Compensation Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 48, par. 138.1 et seq.) by claimant, Marjorie Gmelich, seeking recovery for the death of her husband, Donald. The arbitrator found that the accident which caused death did not arise out of and in the course of Gmelich’s employment by respondent, Fred Barth Ford, an automobile dealership in Marshall, and compensation was denied.
