Currently before the Court is the question of whether the National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha’is of the United States (the “NSA”) has established that certain non-party individuals and entities — (1) Franklin D. Schlatter, (2) Joel B. Maran-gella, (3) the Provisional National Baha’i Council (“PNBC”), (4) the Second International Baha’i Council (d/b/a Baha’is Under the Provisions of the Covenant) (“SIBC”), and (5) the Baha’i Publishers Under the Provisions of the Covenant (“BPUPC”) (collectively, the “Alleged Contemnors”)— should…
