KERNER, Circuit Judge.

This appeal is from an order granting plaintiff a preliminary injunction.

Jurisdiction, which rests upon diversity of citizenship and the requisite amount in controversy, is not in dispute.

Plaintiff’s complaint alleges that plaintiff is conducting a business of selling news of sporting events under the name of “Washoe Publishing Co.” and that defendants are conducting a business of gathering and distributing sporting news under the name of “Continental Press Service"; that plaintiff employed Continental Press to gather news in the eastern part of the United States for…
