This action was brought in the district’court of Arapahoe county to foreclose two mechanics’ liens, aggregating about 1900. From a judgment rendered by that court in favor o£ the lien holder, plaintiff below, the case was taken-on error to the court of appeals. From the judgment of that court, affirming the judgment of the district court, this appeal is prosecuted.
