MEMORANDUM OF OPINION
RENFREW, District Judge.
Plaintiff, a prisoner in state custody at the Correctional Training Facility, Soledad, California, filed this civil rights complaint under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 on December 20, 1973, alleging a variety of claims based on his treatment while in confinement. The Court, by orders dated January 23, 1974, and March 9, 1974, dismissed certain of these claims and ordered service of process on others.
