This matter is before the Court on Motion for Summary Judgment by Defendant Nuance Communications, Inc., filed August 20, 2004. Defendant Intel Corporation joined in this motion for summary judgment on August 27, 2004. Hearing was held on the motion on October 19, 2004. Attorney J. David Hadden appeared for Nuance.
