WILSON, District Judge.

John A. Martin, a Virginia inmate proceeding pro se, brings this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action, 1 claiming that prison officials violated his First Amendment rights by compelling participation in the Therapeutic Community Program (TCP) at Bo-tetourt Correctional Center (BCC), which Martin claims incorporates religious elements in violation of the Establishment Clause.
