Meredith, Judge:

The demurrer to tbe declaration and amended declaration was overruled; tbe court required plaintiff: to file a specifieation of damages claimed in the declaration; defendant excepted to the specification and moved to strike it from the record, which motion the court sustained; and upon the joint application of both parties certified his rulings upon 'the demurrer and upon the motion to strike to this court for review.
