Plaintiff Ellicott Dredges, LLC has brought this action against Defendant DSC Dredge, LLC alleging that Defendant tortuously interfered with an exclusive sales representation contract Plaintiff had with a former Bangladeshi Ambassador, tortuously interfered with Plaintiffs business relations in Bangladesh, and competed unfairly. (See Compl., ECP No. 1.) Plaintiff moved for summary judgment on the tortious interference counts (ECP No. 60), and Defendant responded by moving for summary judgment on all counts (ECF No. 64).
