HOGAN, Judge.
Raymond Karl Lassen, 17 years of age, stands convicted of the murder of William R. Melvin, Jr., in the commission of a robbery. Such criminal action constitutes first-degree murder, § 565.003, RSMo 1978, and defendant’s punishment has been assessed at imprisonment for life.
