OPINION AND ORDER

LAFFITTE, District Judge.

Before the Court is a motion for partial summary judgment filed by Defendants Thomas & Betts Corporation and Thomas & Betts Puerto Rico Corporation (collectively “T & B”). Thomas & Betts Corporation is a publicly owned corporation with its headquarters in Tennessee. Thomas & Betts Puerto Rico is one of its subsidiaries. Another subsidiary, Thomas & Betts Caribe, Inc., operates a plant in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico engaged in the manufacturing of electronic terminals and plastic components.
