This case is before the court upon the Motion to Dismiss for Cause Under Section 1307(c) of the Bankruptcy Code with a two (2) year bar to refile (the “Motion to Dismiss”, Docket No. 50) filed by Toyota Motor Corporation and Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. (collectively, “Toyota”) alleging bad faith and concealment of assets.
