*655 These related appeals arise from a trial court order denying a motion to vacate an order substituting a new plaintiff and granting summary judgment to the new plaintiff, and another order requiring the defendant to post a supersedeas bond as a condition for the stay of enforcement of the summary judgment order. The trial court made an error of law and failed to exercise its discretion in substituting a new plaintiff, so that order must be vacated.
