Before the Court is an objection to the requested confirmation of a Substitute Plan of Reorganization, Replacement Modification and Second Modification to the Substitute Plan (collectively “Plan”), as collected and restated on April 18, 1994, proposed jointly by chapter 11 debtor Rivers End Apartments, Ltd.
