MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER

RANDOLPH BAXTER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came on for hearing upon the application of Huntington National Bank (Huntington), a secured creditor, for reimbursement of counsel fees and expenses incurred in the above-styled case. The fees and expenses which are the subject of this request represent a portion of those which have been paid by the Bank.
