This appeal represents the latest round in a long-running dispute over the regulation of sexually oriented businesses in the Charter Township of Van Burén, Michigan. The plaintiffs sued the township and the Michigan Liquor Control Commission on the theory that certain licensing and zoning regulations adopted by these governmental bodies violate the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution. The district court initially dismissed the action for lack of standing, but our court reversed the dismissal. On remand the district court entered…
