Willard Burk, by next friend, brought this suit against the appellant to recover damages for personal injuries charged to have been inflicted upon him through the negligence of appellant’s servants. It is alleged, in substance, that plaintiff, driving a gentle team, drawing a wagon on which was a water tank, was traveling westward on Washington street, in the city of Greenville, toward the crossing of defendant’s railway tracks over said street; that in so approaching the said railway crossing buildings and cars standing on side tracks obstructed the view of trains approaching said crossing…
