This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Putnam County in an action instituted by C. E. Ar-baugh, L. C. Richmond, J. T. Gallaspie, Charles D. Raines, H. J. Banks, Ronald L. Coyner, J. C. Hoffman, V. I. Snider, Gladys Hartman and the Charleston Memorial Hospital Association, a corporation, to recover from C. D.
