Under the allegations of the petition the proceeds arising from the sale of the original stock issued by the Securities Company had already been used by the officers and directors of that company in the purchase of the stock of the Insurance Company prior to the acquisition of any stock in the Securities Company by the petitioners in this case; and as to that transaction they have no right to complain.
