The solicitor-general of the Macon Judicial Circuit brought a petition for mandamus to require the ordinary of Peach County, who was-in charge of the fiscal affairs of *812the county, to draw his order upon the county treasurer to pay the balance alleged to be due the solicitor-general for salary for the years 1932 and 1934, alleging substantially the following facts: By an act approved August 9, 1922 (Ga.
