POPOVICH, Judge.

The Commonwealth appeals the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County granting appellee’s motion to suppress the result of her blood alcohol test. The trial court suppressed the evidence because it believed that the manner in which the sobriety checkpoint location was chosen was unconstitutional, and, therefore, appellee was not stopped properly by the police.
