This is a suit on behalf of Kean’s, a Partnership engaged in the laundry business in Baton Rouge, against the Falstaff Distributing 'Co., its liability insurer, National Surety Corp., and David H. Mon-crief, the driver of the Falstaff truck, for damages sustained by a truck belonging to Kean’s as a result of being run into by a truck belonging . to Falstaff Distributing Company. The collision occurred on the Jefferson Highway at about 3:00 in the afternoon, on a clear day, at a point where the highway, a blacktop road, about 20 feet in width with gravel shoulders, is straight for…
