MASSEY, Chief Justice.

This is an action for wrongful death-growing out of a fatal automobile-truck-collision, authorized by Vernon’s Ann.Tex.Civ.St. Title 77, “Injuries Resulting In. Death”, Art. 4671, “Cause of action” et seq.

Appellant North Texas Producers Association was defendant in the trial court in the suit brought by C. E. Stringer et ux. for damages sustained as the result of the death of their son Jerry Stringer, hereinafter termed as the deceased.
