Donald Everett Axinn (“Axinn”) a lessor of business premises to the Chapter 11 debtor, Metropolitan Distribution Services, Inc. (“Metropolitan”), has moved for an order extending his time to file a proof of claim based on the debtor’s rejection of the leased premises.
