Erwin Robinson, as Trustee of Erwin Robinson Living Trust (“Robinson”), has moved for an order pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 9006(b)(1) enlarging the time to file a proof of claim beyond the October 30, 1990 bar date for filing proofs of claims which this court fixed in accordance with Bankruptcy Rule 3003(c)(3).
